Service Installer/Technician

- Immediate need for Full Time Service Technician to repair and install all types of sectional overhead doors, rolling steel curtains, dock levelers, and door openers. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Door Service Industry is required. Must have a good driving record. Drug and strength testing are mandatory post offer. Requires standing, walking, sitting, climbing, and lifting over 25-100 lbs.
- Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation, and performing acceptance testing
- Trouble shoots electrical and mechanical problems with openers (garage, gate, and parking) and garage doors (commercial, industrial, or residential)
- Repairs, modifies, or replaces materials to suite customer’s needs (both commercial and residential)
- Adds electrical options to door openers & high speed doors as required
- Replaces springs on commercial and residential doors
- Repairs rolling steel doors, fire doors, controlled access systems, gate operators

- Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
