I recently had springs replaced on my garage door by ODW. Then about a week later, something fell off, I wasn’t sure what it was. I called ODW and in about an hour Rob came to my house to take a look. Within seconds, he saw what the problem was. It had nothing to do with the coils, but a wheel popped off the track. He showed me the bearings that had fallen on the garage floor. Rob was knowledgeable and speedy with the repair. To my wonderful surprise, he did not charge me. Thanks for fixing my garage door and making my day Rob! I highly recommend ODW and Rob🎉!
