Base pay, Plus Commission

The Inside Sale Representative position is responsible for generating leads and contacting potential customers in order to promote and sell products and services, receive orders, gather information, and verify details for the Company. This position is one of the initial sales contact for the Company and must represent it with high energy, knowledge, and persuasiveness.
Essential Functions: · Supports the Company’s mission, vision, and core values · Answers phone calls from customers and general public handling all inquiries · Demonstrates products in the showroom, explaining details of products, including pricing of products and services on the floor · Solicits orders for products and services · Calls on previous customers to generate additional sales business · Obtains contact details of potential customers from various sources including Internet phone directories · Schedules appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers · Maintains records of contacts, accounts, and orders · Enters new appointments/sales into CRM · Assists the Service Department as needed · Maintains safe and clean showroom · Ensures showroom is fully stocked with advertising literature · Promotes customer contests and promotions as directed by management · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required to Perform the Duties of the Job: · Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies · Strong sales, marketing, and presentation skills · Knowledge of products and services · Ability to absorb information quickly and relate/explain it to others · Technical /computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications used by the Company · Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, managers, and employees · Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills · Strong attention to detail · Be self-motivated with high energy level and resiliency · Effective skills of listening, verbal, and written communication
 
Educational/Experience Requirements Needed to Perform the Duties of the Job: · High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) · Two (2) years sales/telemarketing experience preferred · Must be able to pass (post-offer) background check and drug screen
 
Physical Requirements: · Occasion lifting up to 25 lbs · Near vision and far vision necessary and the ability to adjust focus · Good hearing and continuous verbal (speaking) communication · Occasional reaching requirements of out, overhead, and low (below knees) · Must be able to do continuous sitting and occasional standing · Good dexterity of fingers/hands

Pay: From $14.00 per hour + commission pay
