Refund and Return Policy
This policy is designed to explain how returns and refunds are handled by Omaha Door and Window Company, Inc.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received it to return any stock item for refund, with the exception of electronics and transmitters as outlined below.
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 35%, and management approval.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). At your request the amount of the refund can also be applied to your customer account and applied to future purchases.
Refunds of deposits on cancelled orders of stock items will be initiated following order cancellation and department manager approval.
No deposit refunds will be issued on cancelled orders of special order items once the product has been ordered from the vendor. Deposit refunds for cancelled orders of special order items will be initiated following order cancellation and department manager approval if eligible for refund.
No refunds will be issued on electronics.
Refunds on transmitters only will be issued as follows:
• Returned within 3 calendar days = Full refund
• Returned within 30 calendar days = 50% refund
• After 30 calendar days no refunds will be issued on transmitters
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
